防疫復工(gong)兩不(bu)誤,職工(gong)大會進行中!連日來,山(shan)西(xi)建(jian)(jian)投建(jian)(jian)工集(ji)團各基層單位職工大會相繼召開。一方面(mian),疫情(qing)防控不放松,主要采用視頻會(hui)議方(fang)式(shi)線(xian)上召開,針對線(xian)下主會(hui)場(chang),會(hui)前進(jin)行(xing)全方(fang)位(wei)、無(wu)死角清潔消毒;入場時,對參會(hui)(hui)人員進行體溫(wen)檢測、消(xiao)毒登記,會(hui)(hui)場座位設置保證安全距離;會中(zhong),每次發(fa)言(yan)前對發(fa)言(yan)臺進行消毒(du)處理,并定時進行會場通風;會后,再次對會場全面消毒,確保整(zheng)場會議安全有(you)序。 另一(yi)方(fang)面,會(hui)議效(xiao)果不降(jiang)低,提前籌劃,周(zhou)密部署(shu),會議召開審批報備、會議資(zi)料嚴謹下(xia)發(fa)、會議程序合規完整(zheng),其間,參會職工著裝得體、認真聽取單位負(fu)責(ze)人和單位財(cai)務(wu)負(fu)責(ze)人所作的(de)工作(zuo)報(bao)告和(he)重大事(shi)項(xiang)報(bao)告,以及(ji)領導班(ban)子成員(yuan)、項(xiang)目經理的(de)述職(zhi)報(bao)告,并通過線上(shang)二(er)維碼對本單位領導人員(yuan)及(ji)集團公(gong)司后備干部和(he)領導干部分別進(jin)行民主測(ce)(ce)評和(he)廉潔(jie)自律測(ce)(ce)評,保證集團公(gong)司基層職(zhi)工大會(hui)在(zai)疫情之下(xia),開出高效率、精氣(qi)神、凝聚力(li)。
